Our clients are mostly sellers of privately held companies that provide highly-skilled and trained security officers (sometimes still referred to as Security Guard Companies). We also manage the sale of Central Station Alarm Service Companies, as well as Security System Integration Companies.

We have over 25 years' experience in initiating and managing sale transactions for the security industry–which uniquely qualifies us to add significant value for our clients when the time comes to divest their most important asset—their closely held security company.
